Chelsea Quality Meats is a family run free range butchery supplying the bayside area with fresh, quality meat from local suppliers. Our small team of butchers and retail staff are dedicated to providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
Quality and sustainability are fundamental to all decisions made about the operation of our butchery, from choosing suppliers to the preparation and processing of the meat in store. We proudly describe ourselves as a ‘Free Range Butchery’, with a strong focus on sourcing local, and ethical suppliers.
Our featured supplier is Glen Alvie Angus, a grass-fed beef producer based in South Gippsland, Victoria. Glen Alvie Angus has a long history of producing ethically raised, traceable, and sustainable beef.
We have recently expanded our product range to incorporate more Victorian suppliers, including Bassine Speciality Cheeses and Phillip Island Honey.
