Our beef, Glen Alvie Angus, comes directly from our own farms in South Gippsland, so you can be sure that you are enjoying grass-fed and finished beef raised on improved pastures. 

 

We take pride in sourcing only the best quality free range Victorian lamb, chicken, pork and small goods from premium, artisan producers. Our experienced butchers cut everything by hand, and are always available for a chat if you have any questions about cuts or cooking.
